When I manage your rental property, your new tenant will be "hand picked" and well qualified to afford the rent and take care of your property. I choose tenants that will make the property a home, and are not just transients. My tenants pay the rent on time, and stay in our properties for several years at a time. Why have I been so successful as a residential property manager? I atribute my success to being an experienced mortgage broker, and knowing how to analyse credit, employment stability and debt-to-income ratio's, to determine how well a tenant can afford the rent.
I am also selective of the properties I manage. I believe good properties attract good tenants, and your property must be in good condition. I manage properties that are in the rent range of $900.00 to $2,000.00 per month, where there is the highest demand for rentals, and there are quality tenants. Fees for managing your property are comparable to those of other property management companies. We charge one month's rent to "lease up" the property, and 10% of the monthly rent thereafter, to manage the property, not to exceed $150. per month.
